At Fiskhuset, guests come to enjoy meals at our restaurant or take home prepared dishes and fresh ingredients.

We aim to provide our guests with a much greater experience than just the meal itself, so we are looking for someone who has a passion for service, shows great care for guests and colleagues, has a strong interest in food & drink, and enjoys working meticulously and organized - even under stress.

With a couple of years of experience as a chef and/or cold kitchen worker in a restaurant kitchen, you are confident in your professional role, with a good grasp of the fundamentals of classic Swedish cuisine.

It is an advantage if you have previous experience with seasonal work or have otherwise worked on projects where the workload varies.

The job mainly consists of preparation and cooking of the menu's wide range of dishes and products from the sea. In the store's delicatessen and fish counter, there is a large selection of fresh fish, seafood, ready-made dishes, delicacies, smoked products, and accompaniments that need to be produced daily.

The work also includes all daily routines, tasks, and responsibilities associated with a chef/cold kitchen position.

Training and supervising kitchen assistants is an important part of the job, and something you ideally have previous experience with and enjoy.

At Fiskhuset, collaboration is key, so we often work across boundaries, are flexible, supportive, and work closely with other departments.

We believe you are an open and very social person, who finds it easy to talk and is easy to talk to, as we have an open kitchen with a food bar.

We continuously develop and work together to ensure it is easy for both guests and employees to succeed.

Fiskhuset is open from Easter until the end of September, and we hire continuously based on seasonal needs. Your working hours will vary depending on the season.

Welcome with your application, and please note that it is a requirement that you can arrange your own transport to and from work.

Send your application with a presentation and CV to: jobb@fiskhuset.com
