Rm recruit is looking for a Head Chef and Sous Chef full-time
Responsibilities Leadership and Operations: Lead and motivate the kitchen staff to create a positive and efficient work environment.
Menu Development: Plan and create innovative menus focusing on local and seasonal ingredients.
Finance and Administration: Responsible for purchasing, budgeting, and cost control.
Collaboration: Close collaboration with the restaurant manager to develop the business and ensure sustainable and efficient operations.
Qualifications Experience: As a Sous Chef or Head Chef, at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Education: Trained chef with good knowledge of food hygiene and self-control.
Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate staff. Thrives in an operational leadership role.
Communication: Good communication skills and the ability to work, plan, and lead clearly.
