Lisakulla Preschool is under construction and is set to be completed in the summer of 2025. Welcome to Lisakulla Preschool! Here we will work together with the children in three wings consisting of two departments in each wing. Here we value community and collaboration, we have an open climate, and our starting point is that all children are everyone's children.

We work together with other preschools in Sätila in collegial meetings. Our work revolves around how we create conditions for children to create and express themselves through various forms of expression. We reflect on our learning environments and strive for the children's needs and interests to form the basis for the design of the learning environment and the planning of education. The children's participation and influence are something we want to further develop.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who wants to work with the children in our preschool. You see the children's needs and competencies and want to continue growing as an educator. The relationships with both colleagues, children, and guardians are important. We strive to meet everyone with understanding and curiosity, to create environments and contexts where each individual has the opportunity to grow.

We colleagues are looking for someone who is easy to laugh and collaborate with, who is unpretentious and dares to try new things, who spreads energy and enthusiasm! You see opportunities and have a solution-focused mindset. For us, it is important that you as a person are secure and have an easy time meeting both children, colleagues, and guardians. We learn from each other, both adults and children, and we hope that you can enrich our preschool with new knowledge, new ideas, and a willingness to try new ways of teaching!

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a licensed preschool teacher and who, together with us, wants to develop and drive quality and development work at our preschool. Through reflection and documentation, we create conditions for the children to grow. We would like you to have competence and interest in children's language development and SKA work, to contribute to our further development!
