HSB is a member-owned housing organization where HSB Östra is one of 23 regional associations in Sweden. We are based in Norrköping, but our area also extends to Söderköping and Finspång. HSB is Sweden's leading company in the management and construction of tenant-owner apartments.

Since 1929, HSB Östra has managed and developed properties, and we currently manage approximately 6400 tenant-owner apartments in nearly 90 HSB tenant-owner associations. In addition to our member associations, we also have a number of private tenant-owner associations and property owners as satisfied customers. We also manage a property portfolio of 1300 rental apartments.

A typical day In the role of Property Caretaker at HSB Östra, you will work both outdoors and indoors. You will be part of a team that together takes care of our customers' properties according to agreements in Norrköping, Söderköping, and Finspång.

Your tasks will include:

• Cleaning stairwells
• Cleaning laundry rooms
• Lawn mowing
• Weeding
• Maintenance of hedges, bushes, and trees
• Other internal and external maintenance

About you We are looking for someone who wants a varied job where you can work physically. We do not require you to know everything about property maintenance, but you need to have an interest and commitment to learn. In the role of property caretaker, you will work closely with both customers and colleagues, so we are looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, is service-oriented, and can work both independently and in a team. You have a B driver's license and enjoy a varied and service-oriented profession.

The position is a full-time temporary position with immediate start, by agreement, and until the end of the year with a chance of extension. Employment conditions according to collective agreement.
