Our client is an independent and active woman with many interests. She has a CP disability and a visual impairment, which means she needs support in her daily living. This includes help with household chores, personal care, exercise, and various activities. The client is clear about how she wants her assistance to be carried out and manages her planning herself, in collaboration with us. Interests such as cooking, baking, and training are close to her heart, so it is a plus if you share these passions. To ensure good communication between you and the client, it is important that you have a good command of the Swedish language.

Your Profile:

We are looking for female candidates who are non-smokers, between 25 and 40 years old, and who live in or near Kävlinge, Lund, Helsingborg, or Malmö.
A driver's license and access to a car is an advantage for easily getting to the workplace, although the client often travels by public transport.
You should have experience working with individuals who have CP disabilities or similar impairments.
We value if you are a responsible, flexible, and positive person with a good work ethic.
The client is looking for an assistant who is calm, handy, technically skilled, and quick to adapt to changes.
Since the client has asthma, it is important that you do not use strong perfumes or cosmetics and that you do not have allergies to nuts or shellfish.

Working Hours:

The working hours vary and may involve shifts of between 4 and 13 hours, during daytime, evenings, and weekends. Your shifts start at 06:30, and there is no night work. Please note that breaks are not included during the shifts, and the client must never be left alone during working hours.
