Personal assistance is an intervention according to LSS (The Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and privacy, and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiatives and see what needs to be done.

We are now looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• wants to work with a 68-year-old man living in Landskrona
• has experience in similar work
• has good knowledge of Swedish, Bosnian, and Croatian
• has a B driver's license as you will be driving the client's car
• is physically fit
• enjoys being outdoors and taking long walks
• can work during the summer period

It is also an advantage if you:

• share the client's interests in outings, music, football, and tennis

Our client prefers female applicants, and great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The position is a summer temporary job and is approximately 19-75% during the period 2025 06 01 - 2025 08 10. The job involves work during daytime, evening, and night on weekdays and weekends. Working hours are from 07:30 to 19:30 and from 19:15 to 12:00 with 5.5 hours of on-call time at night.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensations will be according to collective agreements.

Being employed at Humana

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you, as an applicant, can present valid ID and any documents that support your right to work in Sweden. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.

According to legislation, we as employers are required to request a criminal record extract from all employees who will work as personal assistants for a child under 18 years of age. Therefore, you need to present an extract from the police's criminal record before a possible employment. Further information will be provided if you proceed in the recruitment process.
