MA-system produces educational materials primarily in the form of digital training in several languages, as well as solutions that help our customers maintain an efficient and quality-assured training operation. We are Scandinavia's largest publisher and educator of forklift, crane, and lift instructors.

Job Description

As a technical project manager, you play a crucial role in delivering to our customers from project initiation to final delivery. You will navigate the intersection of IT and business and utilize your communication and collaboration skills every day. You need to be able to create good specifications for IT development, follow up and test the final result, and meet the customer at delivery.

In the development and work with our digital solutions, an eye for detail and a sense of design are required. You will be an important link between customers and developers.

In our services and products, personal data is handled. Therefore, it is highly meritorious if you have experience working with IT security and privacy issues.

Education/Experience

• University degree or other post-secondary education
• Good technical general knowledge
• Experience in project management
• Experience in qualified administrative work
• Experience in customer and market communication
• Good knowledge of the Office suite
• Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and English. Other language skills are meritorious
• Experience in specification and testing in connection with system development
• We also welcome experience with various Adobe software and testing several AI tools
