I am 27 years old and live in Malmö. Due to several disabilities, I require assistance around the clock and need help with all daily activities. I am now looking for a personal assistant for a part-time position of 31 hours per week.

You as an assistant need to be able to work independently and take responsibility for me and my everyday life. This includes everything from helping me manage my home, solving problems with my aids, training me, and keeping track of all the meetings and activities I need to attend.

I live in my own apartment and therefore also need help with cleaning, laundry, shopping, and cooking. In my home, there is order and structure, which means you must enjoy structure and be good at following routines and documenting.

I need support in my communication with others, which means you must be attentive and able to interpret what I want and convey information - therefore, your language skills in Swedish must be good. You should also be able to represent my interests in my daily activities and in healthcare.

• There are some lifting and floor training involved, so you need to be physically fit.
• In my free time, I swim, so you cannot be allergic to chlorine.
• As I lack verbal language, the interaction between us is especially important.

If you have previous experience as a personal assistant or education in the field of multiple disabilities, it is an advantage. Both previous work and education must be verifiable. Personal qualifications and suitability are crucial for employment.

Scope: Scheduled employment of 31 hours/week with a 4-week rolling schedule. Working hours are distributed across day, afternoon/night, and weekends. You should also be able to step in as a substitute during illness, vacation, and other leave for your colleagues.

Access to the position starts with paid introduction immediately.
