CREATE MOSSBY MAGIC WITH US We at Hotell Mossbylund are now looking for an early bird breakfast chef to join our kitchen team! You will be part of a large and creative workforce that prepares food from scratch, with a focus on sustainability that permeates the entire hotel.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES As a breakfast chef, you are one of the first to arrive and open up breakfast together with your colleagues. You are responsible for the presentation of the breakfast and ensuring it looks inviting to guests. You also ensure that the ingredients are fresh, taste good, and are at the right temperature. As a breakfast chef, you also have ingredient and allergy responsibilities, and your tasks include planning and setting up conference snacks.

To be successful in this role, you need to

- Have completed a culinary education, such as a high school education in the Hotel and Restaurant program with a focus on cooking.

- Experience working in the culinary field is an advantage.

- Have an eye for detail and the ability to work in fast-paced situations.

- Have good teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards colleagues and guests.

- Have a driver's license and access to a vehicle if you do not live within cycling distance.

A permanent part-time position, with a six-month probationary period.
