Healthcare Assistant at the Dermatology Clinic

Currently, a team of doctors, nurses, healthcare assistants, and medical secretaries work at the Dermatology Clinic.

We now need to strengthen our operations with a healthcare assistant. You will become an important part of the team and will collaborate with both doctors and nurses. We receive patients of all ages, from infants to the elderly, with various skin diseases and skin tumors that require specialized care. We also have a smaller surgery and wound care operation.

Job Description

As a healthcare assistant, you will perform various tasks, both independently and as part of a team, which makes it important that you are flexible and self-driven. We perform many different treatments and also minor surgeries.

The work as a healthcare assistant at the clinic involves patient contact by assisting doctors during consultations, surgeries, and at hospital assignments. Independently demonstrating and performing treatments and dressings. Overseeing patients before and after their visits. The tasks also include administrative duties such as cash handling, registration, and booking patient transports. Many of the tasks are performed in teams, and we have good collaboration and enjoy working together.

The work is scheduled during daytime hours at the clinic, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

We are looking for a healthcare assistant with professional experience in dermatology. Swedish C1 is a requirement.

As a person, you are self-driven and can work independently without problems, and you value collaboration with colleagues and patients.
