Job Responsibilities

Our task at the Driving Test is to conduct tests in the areas of driving licenses and professional traffic. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to ensuring that every customer feels welcome, receives clear information, and has the best conditions to demonstrate their skills.

The tasks vary, and you will rotate within the team throughout the day to carry out different responsibilities. In your daily work, you will meet many different customers, so approachability and clear information are important parts of your job. The responsibilities include the authority to conduct knowledge tests both in groups, individually, and sometimes with an interpreter. At times, the work involves a fast pace, so you need to thrive in that as part of the job, and you will work according to a fixed schedule, with work at other locations occurring. You will primarily work with:

  • Reception duties
  • Conducting knowledge tests
  • Scheduling knowledge and driving tests
  • Answering customer inquiries
  • Administration of driving license photos in connection with driving tests and renewals
  • Performing general office tasks

Qualifications

Who are you?

You will be our face to the public and the first person our customers meet, so we see that you are a confident and service-oriented person who enjoys meeting new people. It is important that you are a communicative person, which means you convey messages in a clear and respectful manner and adapt your communication to the recipient. You have a positive attitude and care about contributing to good collaboration within the team. Additionally, you have a flexible and problem-solving approach and can easily adapt to new circumstances and situations, always with the customer's and organization's best interests in focus.

We are looking for someone who

  • has completed upper secondary education
  • is at least 23 years old, which is the minimum age to conduct knowledge tests according to the Transport Agency's regulations
  • has several years of relevant work experience with physical customer interactions, such as in reception/customer service/information desks with frequent customer contacts
  • has good written Swedish skills
  • has good spoken Swedish skills
  • has basic spoken English skills
  • has good computer skills and is accustomed to working with the Office suite
  • holds a valid driver's license for passenger cars
