Here is the Tåbelund Health Center, which is one of the health centers that has won the prestigious Glass Apple award, a fine recognition for well-functioning operations. We currently have about 50 employees who take care of our 11,500 registered patients. Our health center is well-functioning and well-staffed, offering our patients a wide range of healthcare services.

Together with Eslöv municipality and the maternal health care of Region Skåne, we also run the Family House for children and families in Eslöv. It is a valued and well-functioning operation with many visitors from Eslöv and surrounding areas. We also operate a child health center (BVC).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of nurse or district nurse, you will work with triage, acute assessments, telephone counseling, and possibly work at the district nurse clinic and specialized clinics.

Working hours are scheduled on weekdays.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with the authority to operate within Swedish healthcare or you with specialist training as a district nurse. Language skills in Swedish at least corresponding to level C1 according to the Council of Europe’s level scale are a requirement.

If you have experience in clinic operations and your own practice at a health center, we see it as meritorious for the position. It is also advantageous if you have training in triage, motivational interviewing, functional training in diabetes or asthma, training in wound care, incontinence, smoking cessation, or other interesting trainings. Knowledge of the PMO journal system is also seen as beneficial.
