Our office is located in Skärholmen's center where all staff start and end their workday.

Job Description

As a care assistant in home care, you will have a varied and meaningful job, where you work closely with our elderly and disabled residents, providing the support they need to live at home for as long as they wish. You will work independently in their homes and move around the district by foot, bicycle, or car.

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a substitute with us, with day, evening, weekend, and night shifts during the summer months of June to August.

Qualifications

We are primarily looking for candidates with documented experience in the field. It is an advantage if you are a trained care assistant. A driver's license and/or the ability to cycle for work is also beneficial. Furthermore, good Swedish language skills in both speech and writing are required, as well as good experience in handling smartphones, since you are expected to gather much of the information you need for your work via the organization's smartphones.

You are confident in yourself and your ability to read and meet others in the situation they are in. You are self-sufficient but also able to collaborate easily with others when your work requires it.
