We have several exciting projects coming up and are looking for a senior project manager who wants to be part of our successful team!

Your Responsibilities

As a project manager, you will drive one or more construction projects and be responsible for client contacts, financial management, design, and production, in collaboration with your project team. The key to success is to translate the client's requirements and expectations and to create conditions for good profitability in the projects.

The project manager role includes responsibility for:

• building and developing good relationships with clients and other stakeholders in the projects
• leading projects from design to handover
• financial monitoring and reporting
• ensuring environmental and occupational health and safety responsibilities throughout the project

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a relevant academic degree, preferably with a focus on construction. To succeed in this role, you have several years of experience managing large and complex construction projects.

As a person, you have a strong drive, are open and communicative. You are results-oriented, organized, and have a well-developed ability to plan. You enjoy taking responsibility and have a natural talent for leading and inspiring others. Your personal qualities are crucial for this role.
