Everyday architecture makes life a little smoother, more enjoyable, and more beautiful. We are currently looking for more project leaders who want to play a key role in our exciting projects within healthcare, social care, and educational facilities. Perhaps you are the one we are looking for?

At Liljewall, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our team of architects, engineers, landscape architects, and lighting designers. You will share your experience while also having the chance to develop your skills across various types of projects. We have extensive experience in managing everything from complex urban development processes to various types of new constructions and renovations. Our focus is on sustainable building, where we consider both social and environmental aspects in the long term.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of documented work experience as a project leader in construction, preferably 7 years of experience
• Relevant education for the position, such as architect or civil engineer at the university or master's level.
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
• Driver's license (B)

Meritorious

• Work experience as a control responsible (KA), inspector, BIM coordinator, or project manager

• Experience in carrying out general consulting assignments

• Own network of clients

• Solid knowledge of leading projects in healthcare and medical projects

• Background in project management for social care and educational facilities

• Familiarity with various relevant digital project tools such as Dalux, StreamBIM, Interaxo, etc.

• Experience in developing AF and contracts for ABT, AB, or ABK

• Outgoing, goal-oriented, initiative-driven, self-sufficient, responsible, and business-minded.

• Perhaps you have previously run your own business?

• Experience in coordinating design and/or construction work

• Skill in staffing, leading, distributing, executing, and following up on projects

• Confident in leading projects that encompass multiple technical areas

You focus on driving the design forward to achieve the right results and quality within the set timeframe. The work is mainly independent, where you take responsibility for planning and execution. Our project management team works closely together in the office for good cohesion, but also for the opportunity to exchange experiences. Furthermore, you show great commitment and communication skills, as well as a desire to develop both yourself and the team.

The Office

This is where it all started in Gothenburg, and this is where we have our headquarters with around 170 employees. You will find us in the roundabout at Odinsplatsen, a five-minute walk from the central station. You can reach us via the switchboard or by scrolling down among our employees.
