About the position
This is a consulting assignment with good opportunities for permanent employment. In this role, you will initially be employed by Bravura, and it is explicitly stated that INTEQ Solutions does not intend to offer you employment with them in the long term. This gives both you and INTEQ Solutions a good opportunity to get to know each other and evaluate how you enjoy your collaboration.
The assignment period will be a mutual trial period where you as a consultant have the same security as an employee. About the company
INTEQ Solutions AB is a Swedish consulting company founded in 2020, specializing in engineering and IT services within industrial projects. They offer services such as implementation, development, and administration of engineering tools, as well as consulting and method development around these tools, with a particular focus on AVEVA's tool suite including AVEVA Diagrams, AVEVA Engineering, and AVEVA E3D. In the fiscal year 2024, INTEQ Solutions AB had a revenue of approximately 15.6 million SEK and employed 11 people.
Job responsibilities
As a BIM and CAD Coordinator, you will be part of the project throughout its lifecycle, from concept sketches and early design to implementation and ongoing support. In the initial dialogues with the client, you will assist in evaluating needs, guiding in method selection, and contributing technical expertise on how tools and systems should be adapted to the project's requirements. The focus is on creating a smooth, integrated workflow that supports the client's long-term strategy, whether it involves building factories, ships, or other complex facilities. You will also advise on license management and project setup, which is crucial when clients invest in these extensive and advanced systems. A significant part of the job involves navigating between different tools and understanding where the boundaries lie, for example, what should be designed in AVEVA compared to other programs like CATIA or Inventor. The goal is to optimize the workflow and ensure that the right system is used for the right task. Additionally, you will be an important advisor in developing methods and adaptations that make the systems fit each client's unique needs.

Education, experience, and personal qualities
- Post-secondary education in BIM or CAD coordination
- Several years of experience in BIM or CAD coordination
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, CADMATIC, and TEKLA or systems for mechanical detail design such as CATIA and Inventor is an advantage
- Driver's license (B)
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Swedish citizenship
