Do you want to help build the infrastructure of the future?

We are looking for a project manager to strengthen our client's operations in land and infrastructure projects in Western Sweden, focusing on roads, water and energy sectors. Our client is building an organization for the future and needs a leader who can develop a strong team and confidently take on larger projects.

Location: Gothenburg or another location in Western Sweden.

Your responsibilities:

• Plan, lead, and execute projects with a focus on economy, work environment, and results.
• Lead site managers and supervisors, as well as recruit and develop the team.
• Be responsible for contract issues, customer relations, and participate in bidding processes.
• Participate in the management team to steer and develop the business.

Who are you?

• Several years of experience in a similar leadership position within road and construction projects.
• University education in a relevant field, e.g., civil or construction engineering.
• Experience with AMA/MER-Construction, AB04, ABT06, as well as calculations and bids.
• Accustomed to working on projects in the range of 100–1000 million SEK.
• A strong leader with the ability to build and develop teams.

Experience with collaborative projects and the use of calculation and tracking tools is an advantage.
