You Will Have the Opportunity to Work With

You will propose and coordinate improvements related to sustainability, maintenance, and cost-effectiveness, initiate and coordinate energy and maintenance projects, and participate in both tactical and strategic forums. You will work closely in a smaller group but also have a large network of colleagues across the country as our clients are spread out. Travel may be required.

Your Role Includes:

• Continuously drive property management forward, be innovative with customers for constantly better results and control
• Customer responsibility and contract fulfillment within your area of responsibility
• Coordination responsibility for improvements related to sustainability, maintenance, and cost-effectiveness
• Propose and initiate, coordinate energy and maintenance projects
• Overall responsibility for planning and executing operations and planned maintenance
• Responsibility for delivery strategy, i.e., strategy for operations and maintenance to achieve set goals
• Overall responsibility for administrative work, such as regulatory inspections, warranty monitoring, reports, and documentation, as well as technical execution
• Reporting, follow-up, and analysis internally and externally
• Responsible for and lead meetings with customers
• Engage and motivate employees and subcontractors

Your Background

We see that you are a property engineer or equivalent with experience in operational planning, maintenance planning, maintenance budgeting, and project coordination aimed at achieving well-functioning properties with sustainability and good total economy. We are looking for someone with an academic property technical education or equivalent knowledge acquired in other ways, e.g., extensive experience, job-related training, etc.

• Good knowledge of property technology and ABFF or similar construction contracts
• Very good knowledge of maintenance planning, operational planning, and processes for order management, self-checks, and systematic improvement work at the management level
• Good knowledge in planning, evaluating, and analyzing facts for correct conclusions and recommendations
