HSB Northern Götaland manages approximately 18,000 condominiums and 289 condominium associations. In addition to our member associations, we also have a number of private condominium associations and property owners as satisfied customers. We also manage our own property portfolio of 1,450 apartments and commercial premises. Our service offerings include property management, property economics, contracting, and technology.

HSB Northern Götaland is looking for an experienced construction project manager for immediate employment. Do you want to lead exciting renovation projects and contribute to sustainable housing? Then this is the role for you!

Your responsibilities

As a project manager, you are responsible for driving construction projects from start to finish. You coordinate contractors and consultants, adhere to legal requirements and budgets, and ensure quality. The role also includes procurement, inspections, and property maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management within the construction and real estate industry
• University degree in engineering or equivalent
• Good collaboration skills and customer focus
• Digital proficiency and a valid driver's license with access to a car
