Job Description

We are looking for two project managers to join our team. As a project manager at Granitor, you will have a broad, business-oriented role where you are responsible for the entire projects, from business and technical solutions to implementation and final delivery.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and drive projects within industrial automation.
• Continuously review competencies and resources.
• Ensure that projects are delivered according to agreements, technical requirements, and financial goals.
• Be responsible for budget, calculations, and change management.
• Be a key person in customer relations and business development.
• Work closely with internal support functions such as project administrators and technical documentation managers.

You will have the opportunity to grow in your professional role. You will be based at our office in Gothenburg and be part of a competent team of six project managers. Travel within Sweden and abroad may occur depending on project needs.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with previous experience in leading and driving projects or workgroups in an industrial or production environment. We also require that you have a post-secondary technical education, such as mechanical engineering or automation.

We see that you are driven, responsible, and have good collaboration skills. As a person, you are also structured in your work and service-oriented in your contact with customers and colleagues.

Furthermore, the following is a requirement for the position:

• At least 3 years of experience in project management within industrial automation or related fields.
• Experience working with financial follow-up and business development.
• High technical competence.
• You are proficient in both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form.
• Driving license B.
