About the Company

Since our inception in 1997, our strategy has been to be the leading provider of industrial repair work in the Nordic region. By spreading knowledge about our working methods, we have laid the foundation for a completely new industry in Sweden. We help our customers reduce downtime with maximum safety by offering maintenance work, repairs, inspections, and training at height, in confined spaces, and other hard-to-reach locations. Approximately 90% of the company's revenue comes from work with wind power. Our customers include both manufacturers of wind turbines, owners, and operations and management companies.

Since October 2019, we are also certified according to ISO 9001 (Quality), 14001 (Environment), and 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety). We also have a representative at the Swedish Institute for Standards (SIS) in TK 403 – Technical Committee for Personal Fall Protection Equipment.

Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will play a central role where you are responsible for leading, directing, and coordinating all parts of the projects – from start to finish. You will ensure that all parts are continuously followed up and that they align with the project's overall goals. With a focus on achieving these goals, you will drive the projects both independently and together with a team of project coordinators, where you have a particular responsibility for building long-term and valuable customer relationships. The role offers a dynamic and responsible position, where your ability to take initiative and create successful results is crucial.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with experience in leading projects, preferably in areas such as wind power, construction, industrial service and installation, or other similar technical industries. It is an advantage if you have worked on international projects, where you have collaborated with foreign project members and in other countries.

As a person, you are driven, attentive, structured, and unpretentious. You have a business-oriented approach and enjoy working in a changing environment, with the ability to create structure even in dynamic contexts. You have good social skills, are self-assured, and have a down-to-earth personality. Additionally, you have a talent for creating engagement among your team, colleagues, and customers.

Your communication skills are strong, and you are used to using both Swedish and English professionally in speech and writing (daily communication is conducted in English with both customers and technicians). You are experienced in using the Office suite (primarily Excel) and Teams, which is necessary to manage all parts of the work. A valid driver's license (B) is a requirement.
