We have created an auction service where you can find a multitude of new items to bid on daily, and our company is constantly growing. In 2024, items worth over 4 billion SEK were sold through the company, and this year the forecast is for further growth!

We are now looking for a junior finance assistant to Klaravik, a skilled administrator who is proficient in English, both spoken and written. You will be part of our team responsible for our accounts receivable, including invoicing, payments, and reminder management. Your focus will be on reminder management, which means you will spend a significant part of your time on the phone. It is an independent role where you will take great responsibility for your own tasks. We work at a fast pace, and problem-solving will be a big part of your everyday life. You will be part of a humble and wonderful team in a workplace where there is a lot of freedom and where community combined with the opportunity to influence characterizes the atmosphere.

Who you are We believe that you who are applying have a high school education with a focus on economics. Previous experience in administration of any kind is an advantage but not a requirement; the most important thing for us is that you are an ambitious and positive person who sees opportunities. What we offer A workplace in lovely premises in the expanding and popular Inre Hamn in Karlstad. Here we sit in newly renovated offices with a short distance to the city center and with gyms and restaurants right around the corner. Details The position as a finance assistant is a full-time consulting assignment initially for 6 months. You will be employed by Eterni Sweden AB and work as a consultant at Klaravik. After 6 months, Klaravik intends to offer you a permanent position.
