Claims Coach for Helmia Bil in Karlstad

We at Helmia Bil are now looking for an engaged Claims Coach for our claims center in Karlstad. As a Claims Coach, you will act as a team leader and be responsible for ensuring that the daily operations in the claims center run efficiently and smoothly. You will work closely with technicians and front staff, answer technical questions, and ensure that all repairs meet high quality standards.

Your role also includes actively working with analyses and improvements to create a better customer experience. The Claims Coach reports to the claims center manager.

Your responsibilities include:

• Ensuring that operations are conducted according to Helmia's business idea, policies, and legal requirements
• Leading daily management meetings and following up on workflow
• Planning and following up on damage repairs according to bookings
• Working on improvement initiatives and efficiency
• Acting as a technical expert and support for employees
• Checking and ensuring the quality of completed repairs
• Performing damage calculations on towed cars and creating additional estimates in Cabas

Who are you?

• Has experience in claims management or workshop management
