The preschools in Nässjö municipality have a head of operations, development leaders, IT educators, preschool teachers with extended development assignments, psychologists, and a high proportion of special educators relative to the number of preschools. There is a strong focus on preschool and opportunities for development. Newly graduated preschool teachers receive a mentor and a developed introduction to feel prepared. All preschools have five professional development days per year and scheduled pedagogical development time, at least five hours a week for full-time employed preschool teachers. Permanent staff receive free work clothes for outdoor use and their own digital tool. The positions are located at Runneryds northern and eastern preschools, a multicultural area in central Nässjö, a 20-minute walk from Nässjö central station.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a preschool teacher at these preschools, you will have the opportunity to work with positive and engaged colleagues. Approximately every four weeks, all preschool teachers in the area meet to collaborate, develop, and learn together. Continuous professional development occurs in cross-groups within the area. Collaboration and togetherness are central concepts in our preschools. We work with language and knowledge development from an intercultural perspective, and this year we focus on the theme "Seen and missed - a preschool to long for".

The preschools consist of one preschool with three departments and one preschool with four departments. A total of 12 preschool teachers currently work together with childcare workers and other staff to create conditions for children to develop curiosity, creativity, and a desire to play and learn. QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has a license and/or qualification in preschool and preschool class.

It is important that you have an interest and ability to collaborate with both children and adults.

You have a pedagogical approach that promotes good relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues.

Knowledge and experience of sign communication and working in a multicultural environment are meritorious.

To qualify for a permanent position, you must have a preschool teacher license.
