Are you interested in being responsible for planning and implementing teaching as a teacher for grades 4-6 at Ribbaskolan in Gränna? Everything starts with good teachers who have the right conditions to develop their teaching. Mutual trust between teachers and school management is a starting point for school development. The teacher has a well-balanced assignment, which is designed through an assignment dialogue. The teacher should be given the opportunity to flexibly choose where, how, and with whom to carry out planning, preparation, and follow-up work to best meet the needs of the students. The teacher thus decides for themselves where, when, and how to best use their time within the outer framework of the assignment.

Teachers are organized both in work teams and in subject groups. Work teams are led by team leaders and subject groups by subject leaders.

Ribbaskolan's F-6 school is located in Gränna with about 280 students. We have nice, functional facilities in a beautiful and inspiring environment, between Grännaberget and Vättern. The school also has after-school care. In our school area, Kumlabyskolan, located on Visingsö, is also included.

Ribbaskolan is situated in an area rich in culture, leisure activities, and nature experiences, which provides the best conditions for a pleasant school environment. Your Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher and have a teaching degree for grades 4-6 with a focus on Swedish and SVA. If you have not yet received your certification or are nearing the end of your education, you are of course also welcome to apply. Knowledge and experience of working with NTA is an advantage. Basic IT skills are a requirement.

It is important that you have the ability to create good relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. It is also important to be a good role model, have clear expectations for the students, and be proactive and driven in the pedagogical work. You have the ability to see students' different needs, consider their individual circumstances, and help students grow and develop to achieve good results. Being secure in the teaching role and feeling pride in your work are also important qualities. Personal suitability is highly valued.
