Mother Tongue Teacher in Albanian

As a mother tongue teacher, you will work in several of our schools in both parts of the municipality, Skillingaryd and Vaggeryd. All mother tongue teachers meet continuously, and two principals have overall responsibility for mother tongue and study guidance.

The area of operation for the Children and Education Committee includes preschools, primary schools, and Fenix Culture and Knowledge Center, which encompasses high school, special high school, and adult education. We work purposefully to provide every child and student with knowledge and a belief in the future that can follow them throughout life.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a mother tongue teacher in Albanian for both parts of the municipality, Skillingaryd and Vaggeryd. The position also includes some study guidance, primarily in Vaggeryd. As a mother tongue teacher, you will meet students in a 1-9 perspective in several student groups based on which school the students belong to. If the schools are close to each other and of similar age, the student groups can be combined.

The mother tongue teachers meet continuously, every week, and work to develop their teaching based on the ÄDK approach. Subject didactic collegium means that teaching is guided by students' learning, and upcoming teaching is adjusted accordingly. The teaching is based on various theories, and variation theory is the foundation of ÄDK.

Qualifications

We are primarily looking for someone who is a qualified teacher and has experience teaching different ages, where age affects the structure of the teaching. If you have training in mathematics and science subjects, it is an advantage as students primarily need study guidance in these subjects.

As the teaching takes place in both parts of the municipality, it is beneficial if you have a driver's license.

The position starts immediately if the applicant has the opportunity, and it can be extended to the next school year if both parties wish to continue.
