Welcome to apply for a position at Apladal School in central Värnamo.

The school is a grade 7-9 school with approximately 440 students divided into four working teams. Here you will find a high level of engagement among teachers and students. The school's vision is meaningfulness, safety, and participation, which is included in the school's operational plan.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include supporting students in class, teaching in smaller groups or individually. You will also work with compensatory tools, guide educators, analyze difficulties in learning environments, participate in the development of action plans, and assess reading and writing difficulties. You will also be a natural part of the school's student health team and collaborate closely with the school's special educator.

Qualifications

We are primarily looking for someone who is a qualified/certified special teacher and qualified for grades 7-9. The position requires commitment, responsibility, and the ability to plan. It is important that you are clear, attentive, and show respect for the students' needs. You should easily build relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
