We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference in every child's life. With professionalism as a starting point and a heart that permeates the entire education, we work together to ensure that both children and adults become their best selves. This is done with a strong focus on the teaching assignment, leading, shaping, and developing preschool education together with the team, ensuring that all children have equal rights to development and learning. You should be able to create trusting relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues, and contribute to a positive climate for both children and adults in our preschool.

We continuously work to develop our pedagogical processes and ourselves in the profession. We appreciate if you have a drive and interest in development processes and want to be part of our development organization. Experience in leading collegial processes is an advantage.

Welcome to Us

The Råslätt Preschool Area consists of the preschools Bofinken, Domherren, Gulsparven, Rödhaken, and Talgoxen. We work on language development and in an accessible learning environment in close collaboration with special educators, language educators, and speech therapists. An important part of our work is to create conditions to see each individual and their needs. We strive for early detection and early interventions so that every child receives the support they need. We advocate for conscious teaching and care based on governing documents, scientific approaches, and proven experience. Råslätt's Preschool Area aims to develop and systematically refine teaching and care within education. This occurs internally and in collaboration with other professions to promote an equitable preschool for all children.

Your Competence

We are looking for an experienced licensed preschool teacher who focuses on the teaching assignment. You actively work to provide children with an education where care, development, and learning form a whole. Knowledge in language development work and meeting children in need of special support is of great value in our assignment. You find it easy to collaborate with colleagues, children, and guardians. Great emphasis is placed on your professional skills, positive outlook, and personal suitability.

Good to Know

Before hiring new employees for our teaching positions, we must ensure that there is a valid teaching license.
