JOB DESCRIPTION

Do you want to be part of our positive and wonderful team at Anneberg Preschool? We are now looking for a new colleague, and perhaps it is you we are looking for.

Your mission as a preschool teacher involves teaching and organizing activities for children based on Lpfö-18. Together with your team, you create a safe and inspiring learning environment that is accessible to all children. The work is distributed within the team based on Lpfö-18.

We are looking for someone with a teaching license and qualifications in preschool. An interest in and ability to collaborate with both children and adults is important. You have a good approach that creates good relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues.

You are:

• collaborative.

To be eligible for the position, you must have a preschool teacher license.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a teaching license and qualifications in preschool or who is about to finish their education. As a person, you are curious and willing to change what needs to be changed. You actively work towards achieving the goals of education and engage and lead your colleagues in the work. It is a strength that you have good communication skills, and personal maturity is a prerequisite for you to feel secure in your professional role. You have an open, positive, and curious approach that creates good relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. You are well acquainted with the preschool curriculum and governing documents.

Since we work with language development and documentation, you need to have good Swedish skills in both speech and writing.
