Responsibilities

You

• are well acquainted with the governing documents and their content and are motivated to work based on them
• take responsibility for the unit's development together with other preschool teachers
• are responsible for the pedagogical content of the teaching
• are responsible for designing education based on children's conditions and needs
• have high positive expectations of children and colleagues
• place great emphasis on creating good relationships and collaboration
• have a formative working method that makes children's learning visible
• are knowledgeable about and interested in digital tools

Qualifications

• are qualified for work as a preschool teacher
• have adequate knowledge of the Swedish language for the position

Conditions
