About the job as IT Support Specialist

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be part of our wonderful support team in Västerås. You will handle incoming support requests, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide users with the assistance they need to work effectively. You will work with a variety of technologies and systems, including Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and ServiceNow.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who has:

• A completed upper secondary education in IT or equivalent work experience.
• Experience working in IT support, both onsite and remote.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and ServiceNow.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A strong service-oriented attitude and good communication skills.
• Good business understanding and the ability to put IT support in a business context.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving network-related issues is a plus.
