We are looking for a Java Developer with experience in requirements gathering and data modeling for a project in the public sector. The role involves working in an agile team that develops and maintains back-end solutions in complex system environments.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering, system architecture, and technical design.
• Develop and optimize back-end solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
• Ensure code quality through continuous integration, testing, and code reviews.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and improve existing solutions.
• Contribute to technical innovation by suggesting new tools, frameworks, and methods.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, and developers in the team.

Basic Qualifications

Must-Have Requirements

• Experience in system development in larger systems using Java.
• Good knowledge of Spring Boot.
• Experience with agile methodologies.
• Ability to work with incomplete technical requirements.
• Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data modeling.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ability to automate workflows and delivery processes.
• Analytical skills to troubleshoot and optimize code.

Preferred Qualifications

• University degree in computer engineering, computer science, or similar.
• Familiarity with the Swedish pension system.
• Experience in leadership or mentorship.
• Experience with Jira, Jenkins, and Groovy.
