Hagagården is a care and nursing home in municipal management with a somatic and dementia focus, as well as short-term accommodation for people with cognitive impairments.

Hagagården is located in the picturesque Vendelsö.

Your mission
In your daily work, you will assist with personal hygiene, participate in meal situations and social activities. You will also perform cleaning and laundry both in residents' rooms and in common areas. Your tasks will also include documentation, ordering, and handling deviations.

You will provide good care and social support to the elderly according to decisions made by the assistance officer. You will help and support the resident in their daily life to promote their functional ability and assist with social contacts. You will also maintain contact with relatives, participate in care planning, and social documentation.

Your qualifications
What we are looking for in you:

• You are a trained nursing assistant with a few years of experience.
• You have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
• You collaborate well with others and are comfortable working independently.
• You have good initiative and the ability to see the resident as an individual with unique needs.
• You also believe that it is important to provide a good encounter and that every meeting with our residents should be as positive as possible.
