Your Role
As a Payroll Administrator at twoday, you will take full ownership of payroll management in a dynamic company with nearly 300 employees in Sweden. Our workforce consists of both internal staff and consultants, so experience from a similar environment is a significant advantage. Your work will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient payroll process, complying with laws and agreements, and creating a good experience for our employees.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage payroll administration for the entire company – from start to finish
- Ensure accurate payroll processing in accordance with laws and collective agreements (experience in this area is a plus)
- Drive projects and initiatives to develop our internal payroll function
- Be the point of contact for payroll-related questions
- Opportunity to broaden your role within finance, invoicing, and accounting if you wish

- Have several years of experience in a similar role, combined with relevant education in the field
- Residing in Umeå or surrounding areas
