We are looking for someone interested in working as a job consultant and supervisor on behalf of the Public Employment Service.

You will work in a small team. The assignment is Steps to Work and Prepare and Match, which we deliver to the customers of the Public Employment Service, aiming to map, investigate, and support individuals in finding their place in the labor market. You will positively impact many people's development.

As a person, you have your own drive, are stimulated by taking significant responsibility, and handling authority. We place great importance on personal suitability and that you share our values. It is important that you have experience working with employer contacts.

Your Background and Responsibilities

We are looking for someone with at least two years of higher education or vocational training in sociology, behavioral science, pedagogy, or medicine, as well as at least one year of experience working at least part-time with individual or group supervision of individuals with mental or physical health issues. This work must have been performed in the last three years. You must provide proof of this with a work certificate when applying.

Support participants in their process from their starting point to their desired position, where finding their place in the labor market is the important end goal.
Perform administration related to the assignment.
Work with employer contacts to find jobs or work trial placements.
