Interim TA Partner for Region Arctic

As our current TA partner goes on parental leave this summer, we are now looking for an interim partner for our Arctic region. We are seeking someone who wants to take the next step in their career and drive efforts towards increased growth and visibility together with us.

Working closely as a TA Partner means juggling many tasks, owning your own time, and delivering in the recruitment process at a fast pace. You will be responsible for and drive the recruitment process forward in the region together with hiring team leaders at various locations. The Arctic region includes Umeå, Luleå, Örnsköldsvik, and Skellefteå. You will also drive local employer branding efforts with the help of our national marketing department.

What will you do?

We want more people to have the opportunity to work with us and are now looking for a recruiter who will identify and attract everyone from testers and developers to solution architects and project managers, both senior and junior, women and men, and you will meet many exciting people, both internally and externally.

As a TAP, you will set the structure for your work. Recruitment in the IT industry can be challenging, but you happily take on the challenge and believe that through a creative approach, you can find new ways to identify and attract the best candidates based on our needs. The work will focus heavily on search, driving the recruitment process forward together with hiring team leaders, and you likely enjoy being the spider in the web.

To achieve our goals, we need to succeed with proactive recruitment/search, conduct interviews, gather tips from our employees, and increase our visibility in the candidate market.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has likely worked as a researcher, TA specialist/partner, recruiter, or candidate manager in the IT industry.

• To succeed in this role, you need to work in a structured, proactive manner and have the mindset that quantity leads to quality.
• You are probably creative and come up with new ways to hire the best future Sogetians in an energetic way.
• You thrive on social media and have a desire to create results, and you will collaborate with our skilled leaders whom you may sometimes need to challenge, demand from, and learn from.
• You should have experience in the IT industry and be familiar with various competencies that are central to the IT sector.
• You should have experience with search and consider LinkedIn Recruiter your best friend!
• You are attentive, energetic, and not afraid to take space and make demands.
• You speak and write Swedish fluently.
• Most importantly, you enjoy meeting people and want to achieve good results together with a great team.
