As a Quality Strategist, you will play a central role in our systematic quality work. Under the leadership of the school manager, you will provide materials, statistics, and analyses to support management in making strategic decisions that strengthen our schools' results and goal fulfillment. You will work closely with school managers and principals to develop structures and processes that promote sustainable development over time, both within the school organization and regarding local issues. The school manager has overall responsibility for leading and steering the development work, and you will serve as an important support in this work.

Your main responsibilities include;

• Leading and facilitating the development of systematic quality work according to the Education Act and curriculum.
• Coordinating and structuring quality work with common frameworks for schools.
• Conducting statistical analyses and compiling materials for principals' and operational managers' decision-making.
• Participating in quality dialogues with school leadership and the education committee to identify areas for improvement.
• Conducting qualified investigations and analyses and supporting in supervision matters and complaint management.
• Independently leading and coordinating projects and development processes within the school structure.
• Developing and implementing routines and guidelines for school development.
• Being responsible for investigating purchases of equipment/larger teaching materials in consultation with the school manager.

We are looking for someone with relevant post-secondary education, pedagogical insight, and thus good knowledge of the school's governing documents, national goals, and systematic quality work. You have the ability to lead development processes and support principals in their quality work. You also need to be skilled in retrieving and processing statistics from Kolada and other sources, as well as having a good understanding of the relationship between operational management and finance.

We believe that you are an analytical, strategic, and structured person who has the ability to see the big picture and work long-term. You have a strong commitment to school development and quality, as well as a curiosity about the world around you. Your ability to create trusting relationships and drive change is central to succeeding in this role.
