Lycksele Hospital is a small, modern, and well-equipped acute hospital in Southern Lapland. Here, there are departments and clinics in areas such as surgery, radiology, internal medicine, rehab/stroke, ophthalmology, maternity/gynecology, psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry, and pediatrics. The hospital and the proximity to each other's operations provide a unique opportunity for development and learning across boundaries and a broad base to stand on. We conduct close cooperation between clinics both within the hospital and throughout the county.

The Center for Obstetrics and Gynecology Västerbotten (CFOG) is a regional organization that includes and collaborates with the three hospitals in the county.

The CFOG unit in Lycksele has about 30 employees. We have nursing assistants, midwives, doctors, secretaries, and social workers. Our mission includes providing both emergency and planned outpatient and inpatient care in gynecology and obstetrics to patients primarily living in Västerbotten's inland, but also to patients in the rest of the county.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a medical secretary with us, you provide important service and enable efforts that impact many.

Here, two medical secretaries work with different tasks to create a good result together. We offer you a stimulating and varied job where your skills and experience are utilized. In the clinic, we work process-oriented, and in these processes, medical secretaries are an important part.

All medical secretaries work with documentation in gynecology (System Cross) and obstetrics (Obstetrix). In addition, tasks include diagnosis classification, IT, invoice processing, providing administrative support to the department head, and managing individual work areas. Tasks and conditions may change over time. You will contribute to the clinic's development work.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a medical secretary who wants to be part of our team, where we enjoy working together. You have training as a healthcare administrator or medical secretary with good administrative skills and a solid knowledge of the Office suite. You are attracted to innovative thinking and improvement work and want to be involved in the clinic's development.

We expect a professional approach and the ability to organize and independently prioritize your work. As a person, it is also important that you find it easy to collaborate and communicate with others. Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required, both spoken and written.
