Receptionist for Summer Temporary Position at Vilhelmina Health Center

The region's primary care provides broad primary care services throughout Region Västerbotten, meeting patients of all ages, both in urban and rural areas. With 33 health centers and medical stations, we are where you are. We actively work with research and development, utilizing medical results to offer high-quality care where the patient is involved. At Vilhelmina Health Center, rural healthcare is provided with a medical clinic, paramedical services, district nurse clinic, radiology, and branch clinics with district nurses in Dikanäs and Saxnäs. The health center has a department consisting of 8 acute care beds. The health center operates around the clock, with a doctor on call every evening and weekend until 9 PM, and we have over 40 employees.

We are now looking for a receptionist for a summer temporary position at Vilhelmina Health Center!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a receptionist with us, you provide important service and enable efforts that impact many.

The work with us is varied and includes reception duties, handling referrals and mail, registering test results, and booking patients. The work is carried out in close collaboration with other employees.

We need you physically present at the health center.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with good organizational skills who is accustomed to prioritizing and managing multiple tasks in a short period.

You enjoy working in an environment with varied tasks at a high intensity, allowing your ability to prioritize and make quick decisions to shine. You can collaborate with others and have a positive attitude along with a flexible and service-oriented approach. You thrive on working independently and driving your own work. You seek development and want to be involved in our continuous improvement efforts.
