The care services in Norsjö municipality consist of elderly care, disability care, individual and family care, and integration.

You will be part of the care management team directly reporting to the operations manager for care, primarily focusing on elderly and disability care. The team also includes a care strategist, MAS/MAR, managerial support, quality assurance coordinator, and integration coordinator.

YOUR ASSIGNMENT

We are now looking for a new employee for a combined position as fee administrator and system administrator. Could it be you we are looking for?

Fee administration is an exercise of authority based on the Social Services Act. As a fee administrator, you will investigate and calculate fees and make necessary decisions regarding fees within elderly and disability care. You will be responsible for monthly billing and check the reasonableness of the fees to be charged. The work includes monitoring changes in the fee and pension area and, if necessary, informing about the municipality's fees in various forums. The job also involves a lot of contact with our citizens, relatives, assistance administrators, managers, and relevant authorities. You will also work on other administrative tasks related to fee administration, such as developing guidelines and routines. You will take an active part in the development of methods and working methods with a focus on efficiency and digitalization. The work also includes other administrative tasks such as siths/HSA, invoice management, and housing planning.

In the role of system administrator, you will be an important support for managers and employees within care and a link to the municipality's IT and supplier/support. You will manage our operational system while also supporting the development of its use. You will contribute to delivering ongoing statistics and thereby support the budget work in the administration. Furthermore, you will be part of the care management group for the operational system where you will be the convener and participate in environmental monitoring, implement improvements and changes in the operational system, and contribute to the development of care services. It may also involve the management of smaller systems.

We are looking for a fee administrator/system administrator who wants to drive development forward, which means you need to be future-oriented and want to develop yourself and your work. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

YOUR COMPETENCE

• A high school diploma, preferably with an economic or administrative focus, or relevant work experience that the employer deems equivalent.
• A good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing.
• It is an advantage if you have experience in public operations and experience in exercising authority within care.
• It is also an advantage if you have worked in various operational systems, such as Life Care and Procapita.
• We would like you to have a good ability to structure and organize your tasks efficiently and with quality assurance, as well as the ability to prioritize between different tasks.
• You have a good service ability and a pleasant demeanor, as well as a professional approach in your conversations with our citizens and other stakeholders.
• You enjoy working both in teams and independently.

REQUIREMENTS

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language.
• Experience in administrative tasks.
