About Us:
The Personnel Office is one of Robertsfors Municipality's staff functions and consists of payroll specialists, system administrators, staffing planners, and HR experts.
We are a team of nine people who are now looking for a new colleague to strengthen our mission.
Your Mission:
As part of our team, you will work closely with our occupational health specialist to actively reduce sick leave in our organization. You will have administrative and logistical responsibilities to support managers and, together with colleagues, identify individuals at risk of ill health. You will lead managers in the rehabilitation process by presenting handling proposals, managing logistics and documentation, and scheduling meetings and venues. In short, you will support managers in driving the rehabilitation process forward with the goal of ensuring our employees can come to work in good health.
Your Skills and Experience:
We are looking for someone who is a newly graduated HR professional or has equivalent qualifications. You should have foundational knowledge in labor law and occupational health law, as well as an understanding of what it means to maintain an employer perspective. Formal experience from previous work is not necessary, but leadership experience from youth sports or volunteer activities is considered an asset. Multilingualism and experience in the public sector are also advantageous. A driver's license for a manual transmission is a plus to utilize our car pool.

Our occupational health specialist will be your mentor and supervisor.
