Staffing Leader at Norsjö Municipality

Norsjö Municipality is now looking for a Staffing Leader to develop the municipality's staffing process in the right direction!

Norsjö Municipality is an administration with areas of operation in Education, Care, and Municipal Development.

As a Staffing Leader, you will work at the Municipal Management Office, which consists of IT, administration, finance, and personnel. The staffing unit is organized under the Personnel Department, which also includes HR and payroll administration. The head of the unit is the HR manager.

YOUR MISSION

You will have overall responsibility for the continued development of a staffing process that will lead to sustainable competence supply throughout the municipality.

This includes promoting a good staffing economy that ensures resources are used efficiently to meet future needs for employees. Your areas of responsibility include staffing guidance to managers, schedule planning, staffing processing, and the development of routines and working methods. You will also have a supervisory responsibility for other staffing administrators. You will also manage the system support used.

You will also be responsible for the recruitment process of our substitutes, which includes recruitment, introduction, and follow-up.

Your mission also includes responsibility for reporting back to both operations, management, and politics.

YOUR COMPETENCE

You need to have a good ability to collaborate and communicate at all levels of the organization.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education with a focus relevant to the position, e.g., human resources or administration, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in personnel administration, recruitment, scheduling processes, and experience with scheduling systems. Experience with Time Care and Multi Access is an advantage. You need to be accustomed to producing and analyzing statistics.
• We also see that you have managerial experience or other leadership qualities.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Driver's license B
