JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Ljunghaga is now looking for a driven and empathetic nursing assistant who wants to help create meaningful days for our elderly. With us, person-centered care and teamwork make the difference!

Ljunghaga Nedre has 3 departments: 2 departments for people with dementia diseases at different stages of the disease process and 1 department with respite places, day activities, and flexible relief.

As a nursing assistant at Ljunghaga, you will have a varied and meaningful role where you:

• Provide basic care and service to our elderly with warmth and respect.
• Perform delegated health care tasks and ensure safe and secure care.
• Be responsible for documentation and ensure that all information is correct and up to date.
• Act as a contact person for residents and relatives and create a safe relationship.
• Contribute to a positive reception and use communication and motivation as tools in daily work.
• Work with quality registers such as Senior Alert, BPSD, and Palliative register to ensure the best possible care.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is engaged, empathetic, and passionate about making a difference in people's lives.

We believe that you:

• Are a trained nursing assistant (or have equivalent education).
• Have a genuine desire to create safety and joy in the daily lives of the elderly.
• Are proactive, flexible, and thrive in a changing environment.
• Are solution-focused and see opportunities instead of obstacles.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and are confident in documenting.
• Are a team player who understands the importance of good reception and strong teamwork.
