Blomsterfonden is a non-profit organization that has been around since 1921. At Blomsterfonden, we work together to provide our residents, members, and customers with a safe and dignified old age based on their needs and wishes.

We mainly operate in two areas: senior housing and care services. Within the framework of care services, we run four nursing homes and our own home care in Stockholm and Danderyd. Our daily work is characterized by compassion, clarity, participation, and honesty.

We are now looking for a dedicated nursing assistant for night shifts with experience in care work.

As a night staff member, it is important that you feel secure in your tasks and take great personal responsibility. You should also be service-oriented and attentive to the residents' needs. Your tasks include planning and delivering good care and support according to the individual needs of the residents in collaboration with other staff.

Your responsibilities include providing service at night, personal care for residents, responding to alarms, offering night meals, and performing health and medical tasks delegated by a nurse, physiotherapist, and occupational therapist in accordance with the Health and Medical Services Act. You are responsible for documenting significant events according to SoL.

Qualifications
You should be a trained nursing assistant with a protected title and have several years of experience in the profession. Strongly meritorious is if you have experience working nights. It is important that you have excellent communication skills and master Swedish fluently in both speech and writing, as well as have good computer skills.
