About the position

The work includes tasks as a nurse in our residential care facilities. Working hours are scheduled during the day/evening/weekend/or night, depending on agreement. Possible placements are Rimbo/Hallstavik/Älmsta/Blidö/Bergshamra/Norrtälje. We work in the systems Procapita, Pascall, TakeCare, Lifrevare, and Appva, among others.

We are looking for substitutes during the period of June to August. Further down in the advertisement, you can request a placement; please note that we cannot guarantee the placement. We can offer you everything from hourly employment for individual shifts to full-time substitutes over the summer. Working hours are scheduled for day, evening, weekend, and night.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• Medical assessments.
• Rounds with doctors.
• Collaboration with nursing staff and rehabilitation.

About you

For this position, you need to:

• Be a licensed nurse.
• Have a driver's license to travel between our units.
• Have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

It is advantageous if you also have:

• Experience in elderly care.
• Specialist nursing education in elderly care or palliative care.

As you will be replacing regular staff, we see that you are self-sufficient and can ask for help when needed. We see that you have good collaboration skills as the team consists of various professions and personalities. In challenging situations, you remain calm, stable, and controlled while focusing on the right things.
