We are looking for an engaged school psychologist who wants to contribute to a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where every student has the opportunity to develop according to their individual circumstances. Expectations

In your role, you will collaborate with school management and student health to develop and implement interventions that strengthen the school's promotional and preventive work. You will support the creation of inclusive learning environments with a focus on safety, adaptations, and understanding of individual needs. Guide and mentor staff and actively contribute to professional development within student health. Conduct psychological assessments and investigations with the question IF, map students' strengths and difficulties, and analyze the factors affecting their learning and well-being. You will also follow up and analyze previous investigations to ensure that interventions and adaptations are appropriate. Establish, implement, and follow up on risk analyses and action plans. Work in accordance with the Education Act, central and local guidelines, as well as current research and proven experience.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a licensed psychologist and has experience working as a school psychologist, preferably in a resource school or adapted school, and has knowledge of neuropsychiatric difficulties, intellectual disabilities, and their impact on learning and development. You have prior experience conducting psychological assessments and follow-ups and analyses of previous evaluations. You have a holistic perspective on students' development, where context, relationships, and individual needs are central, as well as good knowledge of low-arousal approaches and adaptations for students with special needs. You are expected to have knowledge and experience of special educational strategies and methods to promote learning and participation. Experience working in the Prorenata journal system or similar is an advantage.

More about the position

Duration: Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period

Scope: 40-100% (higher working hours mean that you work at multiple schools)

Working hours: Weekdays, Monday-Friday

Salary: Individual salary

Start date: By agreement.
