JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a substitute, you will step into the regular educational activities and take responsibility for a group of children. This means you are active in the children's play and create conditions for activity and stimulation in the operation. Sometimes you will lead an activity, and sometimes you will be a co-playing adult. At certain times, you may be in a different department than the one you are based in. You are expected to take responsibility for current tasks and have a good overview of the child group. Plan, implement, follow up, evaluate, analyze, and document the preschool's activities to ensure development occurs. Build relationships with the children by being close to them at their level, sitting on the floor and playing with them, being outside, being inside, during meal times, diaper changes, and general hygiene. Lifting children may occur. You work to ensure that the teaching gives each child the opportunity to develop based on their conditions and abilities.

We are proud of our operation and want our children and parents to feel safe with both regular staff and our substitutes in all contexts. You will be responsible together with others in the work team to ensure that the work is conducted in accordance with the goals of the curriculum.

You will collaborate with guardians and colleagues to build trust. Conduct onboarding, development discussions, parent meetings, and other forms of collaboration. Within Avesta central 1, management information is posted every Thursday on the staff's G:, where important information can be found that you should take part in.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a qualified childcare worker with complete grades.
