Job Description

As a specialist in general medicine at our clinic, you will have a varied and meaningful role where you assess and treat patients, both during scheduled and urgent visits. For us, it is important to work in a structured manner with a clear focus on our patients. You will work closely with all professions at the clinic and play a key role in our ongoing improvement and development work.

Who Are We Looking For?

• We are looking for someone who is a trained specialist in general medicine and has experience working in primary care.
• You are confident in your professional role and have the ability to see the operation from a holistic perspective, focusing on both the patient and the clinic.
• You need to have good communication skills to build strong relationships with both patients and colleagues.
• As a person, you are attentive to our patients' needs, and your approach is professional and humble.

What Do We Offer?

• We are a well-functioning health center with a medical clinic, nursing/district nurse clinic. Nurses/district nurses are responsible for specialist clinics in Asthma/COPD, Diabetes, and Blood Pressure.
• Our medical group includes four permanently employed general practitioners and four residents placed at the health center. The operation also includes a physiotherapy clinic, chiropractor, and psychologist clinic.
• We offer good conditions and benefits.
• We are located in pleasant premises in central Malmö.
• The clinic has about 8600 registered patients.

Vårdhuset Malmö City is one of Sweden's more modern health centers. We have no rigid rules and limitations but focus on adapting to you and your needs. The key to this is staff with broad and deep expertise. The staff group consists of 25 people, and there are about 8600 registered patients at the health center. The staff includes general practitioners, residents, district nurses, nurses, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, CBT therapists, psychologists, occupational therapists, dietitians, medical secretaries, and receptionists.
