Adult Psychiatric Clinic 3 in Lund is a specialist psychiatric clinic with about 25 employees that is at the forefront of development and works with team-based care. We investigate and treat patients with affective disorders, anxiety disorders, depression, as well as various forms of personality disorders and neuropsychiatric conditions. The clinic is located in the psychiatry building on Baravägen, where several different psychiatric specialist clinics are located. We work in interdisciplinary teams and have a strong interest in providing our patients with the best possible care.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

With us, you will work with psychiatric care characterized by collaboration, openness, and quality. In this role, you primarily work with close patient care, which includes the initiation and follow-up of medication interventions, psychiatric well-being, and somatic checks. Your tasks include having support conversations and being a primary care contact. Your work takes place in close dialogue and collaboration with other team members such as doctors, psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. You will also work with telephone advice, 1177, and other digital care forms that are in the development line.

To help you as a new employee get into the tasks, we offer you an introduction and shadowing tailored to your previous experiences. After that, there is an opportunity for further education and regular supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS

You who are applying are a licensed nurse with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare. Your language skills in Swedish correspond to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale. If you have specialist training in psychiatry, we consider it an advantage. Previous experience in adult psychiatry is also beneficial. Likewise, we see it as an advantage if you have previously worked with Melior, Pasis/Våps, 1177, and Mina Planer.
