We are looking for a licensed nurse/specialist-trained nurse for the elderly/district nurse who wants to be part of our multidisciplinary teams within home care together with our nursing staff in Lomma Municipality.

Lomma Municipality has four nursing homes, three of which are located in Lomma and one in Bjärred. Our nurses work at the homes. Lomma Municipality does not have a short-term unit; instead, our short-term places are located at our homes, as well as respite places. Bjärred's home care consists of four nurses, and we have three resource nurses who work with home care and assisted living in Bjärred and Lomma. Home care in Lomma is located on Poppelgatan, together with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nursing staff, and support functions such as MAS and MAR.

Lomma Municipality has a cognitive support team with dementia nurses and Silvia sisters, and we have a multidisciplinary team within LSS.

You will be employed by Lomma Municipality, placed in Bjärred's home care together with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and home care staff. We operate from Jonasgården, where our nurses for assisted living are also located, and we are not afraid to help each other across boundaries and our comfort zone.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed district or nurse with a genuine interest in people.

• You are experienced as a nursing responsible nurse and enjoy your professional role, as well as being engaged and contributing to a good work environment.
• You have the ability to see the whole picture, have good collaboration and communication skills, and are independent with a high degree of flexibility.
• You have the ability to plan and structure your work independently and within the team.
• You take great personal responsibility and are solution-focused.
• You want to and contribute to developing the organization based on the transition to close care and digital solutions.
• You are passionate about providing our elderly and younger patients with care, security, and support.
• You have the ability to guide and lead nursing staff in nursing and delegated tasks and responsibilities.
• You have good language skills in Swedish.

In addition to experience as a nursing responsible nurse, previous experience in municipal health care is an advantage.
